Shipping to the United States
Covid-19 and SupplementHunt
Our typical turnaround time is 1-2 business days. But since the beginning of the health crisis, nationwide demand has doubled. We have increased warehouse labor proportionally and implemented safety protocols, but we are experiencing new challenges with the supply chain capacity. As a result, like most on-line retailers, we see an average of an ADDITIONAL 2 TO 4 DAY DELAY in shipments being picked up from our facility. Rest assured that your order will be on its way and you will receive an automated email with shipment tracking. Don't forget to also check your spam folder. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this unique time!
How can I qualify for FREE shipping?
We charge $5.99 for shipping on orders totalling less than $99.00, after any applicable discounts and credits. To qualify for FREE shipping, be sure to have at least $99.00 worth of product in your order!
Where do you ship to?
We ship anywhere in the United States to the continental 48 states as well as Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Please note anything outside of the contiguous United States, which includes AK, HI, and PR, will have a surcharge shipping fee. We also ship to APO and FPO addresses. Unfortunately at this time we do not ship internationally.

How long will my order take to ship?
We're a small, but hard working team and we do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. Normally your order will be processed and shipped via one of the following: FedEx, FedEx SmartPost, or USPS. We aim to have your order shipped within 2 business days. However, sometimes extremely popular deals may take us extra time to fulfill. We'll email your tracking number as soon as your order ships, so in the meantime just plan how best to spend all the money you've saved after shopping on SupplementHunt!
How can I track where my package is located?
If you have a tracking number sent by us, please enter it on the shipping carrier's website. You may log into your SupplementHunt account and visit Your Past Orders to see all your previous orders with tracking numbers. Simply click on an order to retrieve further details about your shipment.
Where does SupplementHunt ship from?
We ship from 10 warehouses across the US. Your product will automatically come from the closest available warehouse to ensure the shortest possible transit times.

SupplementHunt is not liable or responsible for any losses, damages or delays due to the actions or inactions of third party freight forwarding shipping services. We are only responsible in shipping the products to the designated address.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization and instructions from one of our customer service representatives prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be returned at your expense in unopened and perfect condition in order to receive credit. We do not allow any nutrition bars or the like (cookies, brownies, etc.) to be returned for credit. A return authorization must be given or we may refuse the package. A 10% restocking fee will be applied for returns. Please email the tracking number along with order number so we can also track the package back to the warehouse.
All digital downloads are FINAL SALE - non refundable, no exchanges.
No product returns will be accepted after 10 days upon delivery.
My product arrived damaged or has expired. What do I do?
If there is a problem with an item that you have purchased, please email customer support - email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will, at our option, exchange the product or issue a refund or store credit of the purchase price, minus any shipping, handling, or processing charges.
I'm not satisfied with my product. Can I return it?
Absolutely, however please note you have 10 business days from when your order was delivered to contact customer support to get further instructions. Merchandise must be returned at your expense in unopened and perfect condition in order to receive credit. A 10% restocking fee will be applied for returns.
How do I return a product?
To begin a returns process, please contact Customer Service by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Provide us your Name, Order Number, and let us know the reason for your return.
We will send you further instructions, including the address to send your product back to via registered mail. Once we receive your returned product, we will process your return promptly. Merchandise must be returned at your expense in unopened and perfect condition in order to receive credit.
When will I get my money back after a return?
We aim to process refunds back to your card within 2 to 5 business days of receipt of returned goods.
