How can I qualify for FREE shipping?

We charge $6.00 for shipping on orders totalling less than $99.00, after any applicable discounts and credits. To qualify for FREE shipping, be sure to have at least $99.00 worth of product in your order!

Where do you ship to?

We ship anywhere in the United States to the continental 48 states and Alaska. Unfortunately at this time we cannot ship to Hawaii, any U.S. Overseas Territories (including Puerto Rico), APO and FPO addresses, or internationally.

How long will my order take to ship?

We're a small, but hard working team and we do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. Normally your order will be processed and shipped via UPS within a few business days but sometimes extremely popular deals may take us extra time to fulfill and we hope you don't get mad at us. We'll email you the UPS Tracking number as soon as your order ships, so in the meantime just plan how best to spend all the money you've saved after shopping on SupplementHunt!

How can I track where my package is located?

If you have a UPS tracking number sent by us, please enter it on the UPS tracking page. You may log into your SupplementHunt account and visit Your Past Orders to see all your previous orders with tracking numbers. Simply click on a number to retrieve further details about your shipment.

We ship from 7 warehouses across the US. Your product will automatically come from the closest available warehouse to ensure the shortest possible transit times.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from SupplementHunt! If there is a problem with an item that you have purchased, you may return or exchange it within 10 days of purchase. We will, at our option, exchange the product or issue a refund or store credit of the purchase price, minus any shipping, handling, or processing charges.

My product arrived damaged or has expired. What do I do?

We're sorry to hear that! We want to ensure you receive the best product available. Immediately contact customer support within 24 hours of receiving your product at 1-877-395-5725 or send us an email at support@supplementhunt.com. Provide us your Name, Order Number, and let us know what is wrong with the product. We will promptly send you a replacement and arrange to pick up the damaged/defective product.

Absolutely! We will gladly exchange any unopened product for another of equivalent or lesser value.

How do I return a product?

To begin a returns process, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-395-5725 or send us an email at support@supplementhunt.com. Provide us your Name, Order Number, and let us know the reason for your return.

We will send you further instructions, including the address to send your product back to via registered mail. Once we receive your returned product, we will process your return promptly.
