MyProtein Fast Melt Origin Pre-Workout  offers a convenient twist on traditional pre-workout powders. The fast-melt formula is designed to dissolve directly in the mouth, so it can be taken without mixing it into water. Each full serving consists of three approximately 4 g scoops and provides a combination of amino acids, caffeine, L-theanine, and electrolytes.

A full serving delivers 4 g of L-citrulline malate 2:1, 2.1 g of beta-alanine, and 660 mg of taurine. The stimulant portion includes 200 mg of caffeine anhydrous along with 100 mg of L-theanine. The formula also supplies calcium, magnesium, sodium, and potassium.

To use, place one scoop on the tongue and allow it to dissolve completely before taking the next scoop. Repeat for a total of three scoops per full serving. No water is required. Other ingredients include calcium silicate, silicon dioxide, isomalt, sucralose, natural and artificial flavors, and vegetable juice for color.
