This product produces a fair amount of energy and and decent pump. Ingredients are a variation of other products out there. Whatever you use, cycle it so it keeps working for you. Constant use of stimulants will fade their effectiveness and produce tolerance.

It works very good! The taste is good, BUT the smell is bad lol..but other than that it works like a charm. I would definitely buy it again just the other flavor lol
